SSD team works with true agile software development methodology, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing cross-functional teams. We build micro teams for each project and maintain the size and members as development requires. Besides website we have done extensive JAVA programming for an application running currently on intranet for Himelsein Mandel Fund Management, LLC.
The application is built on JAVA on ThinWire framework with PL SQL database. It's been more than a year long development and the application now being used as "paperless office" to automate document submission and reporting for client's brokers from across the US and to make calculations, predictions and suggestions to life settlement cases.

SSD iPHONE TEAM
As iPhone application development gained popularity we established our own iPhone micro-team and started building Applications we found interesting and challenging. We had Objective C developers all along so we just had to learn the iPhone SDK and get developers with Coco experience on board to be able to establish highly capable team. Now we have 2 Sr. Developers in the US and 6 Objective C developers in our Uzbekistan office.
We are currently working on a strategy game for iPhone, however our first product has already hit the "Stores", our first application called Skatr for discovering and finding new skateboarding spots is available on App Store on iPhone, it also has an entire server side completed in Merb and at skatr.us

Ethan Bortnick is a Pianist, Composer, entertainer and actor. The challenge here was the really tight deadline, Ethan had his tours scheduled and we had to prepare the site in 6 days. We assigned a Drupal Micro team to this site and worked in 2 shifts to accomodate the deadline. Apart from custom design (with flash embedded header) and Drupal Theme, we also implemented a custom deposit calculator module. Republic Center for Testing and Certification SE State Enterprise "GosStandart" is the certification agency with field offices in every Region of the republic of Uzbekistan. The website had to contain separate admin accesses to each region and one Master Admin granted to the headquaters. Site also contains multiple CMSs with secure logins.
