The Team

We work in teams.

Development process at SSD Software Solutions is uniquely structured and tailored to fit its business model. We assign different teams to different projects depending on the requirements of the later and the developer’s profile. Our developers are multi – skilled and experienced in most of the popular programming languages and platforms.  Each team consists of two to three developers and a supervisor (a team lead), who is more experienced in the required field. We try to diversify the knowledge portfolio of our developers in such a way that every platform, language and technique is covered by at least two developers, so we can have developers to cover each other’s positions in developing teams.

For instance, for RUBY projects the team of three developers is lead by our Expert in RoR. Between them, they have developed and participated in various projects ranging from online accounting solutions for financial sector to geodesic mapping of the core for a drilling company. We also have a Java Team that can cover for Ruby team. Both of these teams are proficient on both Ruby on Rails and Java, including J2SE, SERVLETS, JSP, JSF, JSF Ajax, 4JSF, JavaScript.
